BURN OUT

''Burn out'' is an adaptation of the standard HIIT structure, maximising the cardiovascular work in combination with moderate resistance training.

This training has a very good combination between cardio and strength, empowering freedom and quality of movement with a medium sized class.

RUNNING

If you don't find the motivation to run alone, join our running community.

Mondays 12:00 at Sihlhölzli: Easy run, exercises and technique.

 Wednesdays 18:15 at Allmend (Saalsportshalle): Intervals

BOX&BURN

Box&Burn is a mix between fitness boxing and ''functional training''. A reduced group of maximum 8 people ensures the best combination between the attention of your coach and the vibe of the group.

BOOTCAMP

UNLMTD.'s bootcamp is the closest structure to a fitness training group.

EVERY WEEKDAY at 6:05 am

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays full body.

Tuesdays lower body. Thursdays upper body.

All trainings are supervised by the head coach to ensure a weekly routine without repeated trainings.
